Sharp Community Resource Center: Introduction to Stress Management

We know that stress is a part of life, but where does it come from and how do you manage it? Join a licensed Sharp psychotherapist as we open conversations about stress, anxiety, and depression, and how to cope with these experiences. This is a two-part class that will include a lecture during the first hour, and then time for a Q&A/conversation during the second hour.
