Members of the public have the opportunity to make formal public comments on items of interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the District for Board of Directors Meetings. Comments should address specific items on the Board Agenda. Other matters not on the agenda may be heard as well; however, in accordance with California law, no Board discussion or action can be taken on items not on the agenda. Make Public Comment
This form is available for members of the public to address the Board of Directors if they are not able to attend an in person public Board Meeting. Members may submit up to 450 words (approximately 3 minutes of speaking time) regarding items of interest, before or during the Board’s consideration of the item, that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board.
