Sharp Senior Resource Center: Caregiver Basics Workshop (Part 1)

Are you caring for a loved one at home without much outside support? This four-part series is presented by Sharp HealthCare’s team of physical therapists, occupational therapists and social workers, as they discuss caregiving at home, and caregiver self-care. This series will repeat quarterly with a variety of topics covered in each class.
The class will offer information on the following topics:
- Proper transfer techniques
- Managing medications
- Caregiver self-care
- Community resources
