Mindful Movement & Sound Meditation
In this guided meditation class, the focus is on breath, gentle movement, and sound as a natural therapy. The soothing, sound wave vibrations from a steel tongue drum fill the room to help quiet the mind. You’ll learn about the benefits of sound meditation and mindfulness to support those experiencing anxiety, pain, or other health concerns.
When: Every 2nd Thursday | 11 AM – 12 PM

Due to high popularity and demand, we’ve temporarily adjusted our sign-up process for this class. Interested participants may call, email, or sign up in person promptly after the previous session of the class has ended. Ex. I want to sign up for the meditation class from 11 AM – 12 PM on 2/9. We’re only adding names to our registration list after the previous session of the meditation class from 11 AM – 12 PM on 1/12 has ended. Give us a call after 12 PM and we’ll gladly add you to our list or waitlist if all spots have been filled.
This is a GHD-sponsored program with priority given to people who live, work, attend school, or have a health-related connection to East County. If there is space available, other community members may attend.
