Easy Does It Chair Yoga (PM)
Instructor Lanita Varshell leads students through very gentle chair and simple standing poses that are deeply relaxing and releasing for all, but specially designed for those who have a challenging time moving their body, or have limited mobility. This is a doable class for all with highly effective healing movements and mindfulness practices. Even those who have no mobility problems can find great mental and physical benefits in this class.

We’re only adding names to our registration list after the previous session of Chair Yoga from 2-3 PM on 1/11 has ended. Give us a call after 3 PM and we’ll gladly add you to our list or waitlist if all spots have been filled.
