Champions for Health: Free Vaccine Clinic

Champions for Health is hosting a free vaccine clinic with immunizations at no cost for any individuals 6 months of age and older. No registration or insurance required. Eligibility may be required for some vaccines. For more information on vaccines, visit sdiz.org.
