Sign up for a 30-minute appointment from 10 AM – 2 PM to meet with an experienced consumer health advocate from the Legal Aid Society of San Diego to get assistance with the following:

• Medi-Cal eligibility questions, including share of cost, processing problems, denials, appeals,
• Medicare concerns, such as the affordability of medications, premium assistance, eligibility, and enrollment periods,
• Learning to navigate your Medi-Cal managed care plan or Dual Special Needs Plan (DSNP), including information about your rights, protections and making your plan work for you!
• Other healthcare legal concerns include resolving issues accessing needed care or medications; understanding plan appeals and filing Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) Complaints or Independent Medical Reviews; obtaining denied or delayed services or medical equipment; and disputing inappropriate or illegal billing for covered services.

When: Friday, April 24th, 2026 | 30-minute appointments available from 10 AM – 2 PM
