Fall Prevention & Balance Screening Event

Join us and the folks from the Sharp Senior Resource Center for a morning of fall prevention education. There will be a health fair, educational presentations from Nina McCorkle, DPT, PT and Jennifer Hites, MSN, RN, Trauma Program Manager, as well as wellness assessments, and door prizes to win!
When: Friday, September 22nd | 9 AM – 12 PM (Presentations at 9:30 AM & 10:45 AM)
