Fitness Fridays at The Water Conservation Garden
with Instructor Lisa Griffiths
Lisa Griffiths has been teaching yoga for 18 years. Her teaching style is joyful and inclusive, blending flow concepts with alignment and sensibility.
Instructor Lisa Griffiths guides you through a combination of 30-minute bodyweight fitness section (strength bands provided) and a 30-minute gentle/yin yoga stretch section (bring a yoga mat). Supporting you to feel good, get an effective workout, and be outside into nature! Beginners are most welcome. Sponsored by HomeLight.
