Herrick Community Health Care Library participated at Chamber health fair

The Dr. William C. Health Fair Saturday was held Sept. 26 at the Grossmont Center mall in La Mesa.

Library representatives answered questions and provided information to shoppers and guests about the Herrick Library, operated by the Grossmont Healthcare District (GHD), a public agency that supports health-related community programs and services in San Diego’s East County.

The Herrick Library was among 35 exhibit booths featuring health screenings and information on health-related organizations and products. GHD was one of the event sponsors, along with Sharp Grossmont Hospital, Grossmont Center, North Island Credit Union and KyXy-FM 96.5
