District Map

The Grossmont Healthcare District represents more than 520,000 East County residents. Its boundaries extend from La Mesa to Mountain Empire and from the international border to just north of Santee.

If you have a current East County connection, meaning you live, work, attend school, or access health care services within the District boundaries, you are eligible to take advantage of the following opportunities:

  • Get a free GHD Health & Wellness Library card to access our Library's collection of digital and print materials. Cardholders are able to check out items, access our resources from anywhere using their login information, and have priority registration for our Library wellness programs.

If you currently live (at least 1 year), work (at least 2 years), or have previously graduated from a high school within the District boundaries, you are eligible to:

      • Tribal Communities (Barona, Sycuan, and Viejas Reservations)
