District Map

The Grossmont Healthcare District represents more than 520,000 taxpayers in the East County San Diego region. Its boundaries extend from La Mesa to Mountain Empire and from the international border to just north of Santee.

If you currently live, work, attend school, or access health care services within the Grossmont Healthcare District, you are eligible to take advantage of the following opportunities:

  • Get a free GHD Health & Wellness Library Card - check out items from our Library's collection of digital and print materials, access resources from anywhere using your card account's login information, and have priority registration for our Library wellness programs.
  • Apply for a health career scholarship (must currently live at least 1 year, have worked at least 2 years, or have previously graduated from a high school within the District.
