Randy Lenac

Randy Lenac, with executive management experience in administration, finance, program development, and strategy, joined the GHD board in July 2014 to fill a vacancy and was later elected to a four-year term in November 2014 and again in 2018. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1975 to 2002, retiring as a lieutenant colonel. After his military career, he transitioned to healthcare as an executive with Southern Indian Health Council in Alpine. Since 2011, he has served on the board of the Grossmont Hospital Corporation (GHC), a non-profit entity that oversees the management and operation of Grossmont Hospital under a lease with Sharp HealthCare.  A resident of Campo, Lenac is a cattle rancher who operates Big Springs Ranch. He earned a bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in business administration (with honors) from Webster University of St. Louis.
