Justine McQuade holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business operations across the private and public sectors.

Her career includes Director-level leadership roles with The UPS Store Global Headquarters, where she led Revenue Accounting & Finance, Procurement & Purchasing, and Corporate Accounts. She also served as Controller for a multi-property management company, overseeing the financial operations of 13 golf courses.

For more than a decade, Justine owned and operated her own accounting business, providing accounting and Controller-level services. She also spent several years as an adjunct professor, teaching a range of business, finance and accounting courses and was recognized as Teacher of the Year in 2016.

As the Accountant for Grossmont Healthcare District, Justine oversees the District's accounting operations, payroll, and regulatory compliance. She is also a key stakeholder in the District’s financial reporting, budgeting, and annual audit, helping to ensure the responsible stewardship of public resources.

Outside of work, Justine turned her love of travel into a boutique travel business, and enjoys hiking, reading, traveling and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.
