AudAbility™ is a music therapy program designed to help people with Parkinson's live life out loud. Using proven music interventions—such as singing, movement, instrument play (like harmonica), songwriting, and mindfulness— AudAbility™ helps participants improve and maintain critical functions such as speech, swallowing, breath capacity, fine & gross motor skills, and cognition

Join a session open to the public to experience a class and see if AudAbility™ is right for you! Interested individuals with Parkinson's and care partners, community members, and past AudAbility™ members are welcome.
