AudAbility: October 22nd @ 3 - 4:30 PM

AudAbility™ is an evidence-based program designed by board-certified music therapists at MusicWorx to support people living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners. Through music therapy and wellness approaches, we empower individuals to cultivate a greater quality of life. AudAbility™ participants engage in music-based interventions, including singing, movement, instrument play, songwriting, and mindfulness. We can help participants improve and maintain critical functions such as speech, swallowing, breath capacity, fine & gross motor skills, and cognition. We also support social-emotional needs and use music therapy to alleviate depression, anxiety, and isolation. No music experience is needed to participate!
