Fitness Forever Club A: August 20th @ 9 - 9:45 AM

Fitness Forever Club is geared toward older adults and seniors to improve their ability to do tasks of daily living and prevent falls. This program will focus on coordination, agility, mobility, strength, and balance in a fun and safe environment. It includes a warmup, some easy cardio moves, senior-based agility, coordination, and moves using weights and bands.

Where: Outdoors at Grossmont Healthcare District’s Courtyard area (9001 Wakarusa St., La Mesa, CA 91942) 
Register: After the previous class session has ended (8/6 @ 9:45 AM), sign up to reserve your spot for this class by calling 619.825.5010, emailing library@grossmonthealthcare.org, or visiting us in person. Make sure you have a GHD library card to register.

This is a program sponsored by the Grossmont Healthcare District, with priority given to people with an East County connection, those who live, work, attend school, or access health care services within the Grossmont Healthcare District. If all spots have been filled, we’ll add you to our waitlist and notify you of any openings. If there is space available, other community members may attend.
