Join Sergeant Amber Reeves from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department as she explains the Blue Envelope Program as one of the Community Resource Center’s newest partners and offerings. The Blue Envelope Program was developed to enhance communication between law enforcement and community members who are neurodiverse.
