Memory Café A
بالتعاون مع مراكز جورج ج. جلينر لعائلة الزهايمر، وهي منظمة مجتمعية تدعم العائلات المتأثرة بمرض الزهايمر وغيره من أمراض ضعف الذاكرة، نستضيف برنامج مقهى الذاكرة! توفر مقاهي الذاكرة بيئة داعمة، غالبًا ما توصف بأنها "لقاء"، مصممة لإشراك الحضور في أنشطة معرفية لتنشيط الذاكرة.
The goal of the Glenner Centers’ Memory Cafés is to keep attendees mentally and socially active, which research shows is protective of brain health. These gatherings are free and open to all older adults with or without memory concerns. Please note: no care is provided at these gatherings. Anyone needing assistance must bring their own caregiver.

This is a program sponsored by the Grossmont Healthcare District, with priority given to people with an East County connection, those who live, work, attend school, or access health care services within the boundaries of the District.
