Join us for this special hybrid event to learn about the results of the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment, ask questions, and share your concerns. We hope you’ll join us to help shape the future of community health in East County!

Event Information

WELCOME RECEPTION: 5:30 – 6 PM
– In person attendees will receive a raffle ticket with the chance to win one of three prizes during a drawing that will take place after the program
– Mingle, enjoy light refreshments, and participate in our fun community activity
PROGRAM BEGINS: 6 PM – 7:30 PM
– Preview of the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (Presented by the Hospital Association of SD & Imperial Counties)
– Q&A Session: Input from the community on health needs for the East region

Parking Information
We have limited spots in the Grossmont Healthcare District lot on Wakarusa St. For additional spots, you may park in the big lot behind the Sharp Grossmont Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at Brier Patch facility.
