Drums Alive Music Therapy for Seniors A
Using rhythm as the source of inspiration to discover a new group fitness experience Drums Alive® combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the brain-affected benefits of music and rhythm. Drums Alive® is a program that fosters a healthy balance physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially!
Los musicoterapeutas de Drums Alive® de MusicWorx facilitarán ejercicios interactivos de gimnasia con tambores. Las actividades de ritmo, movimiento y canto están diseñadas para todas las edades y capacidades. Los terapeutas guiarán a los participantes a través de ejercicios de ritmo, estiramiento y creación musical que podrán realizar en casa con sus familias.

This is a program sponsored by the Grossmont Healthcare District, with priority given to people with an East County connection, those who live, work, attend school, or access health care services within the boundaries of the District.
