DESCRIPTION:Instructor Lanita Varshell leads students through very gentle chair and simple standing poses that are deeply relaxing and releasing for all\, but specially designed for those who have a challenging time moving their body\, or have limited mobility. This is a doable class for all with highly effective healing movements and mindfulness practices.
