DESCRIPTION:In 2021\, nearly 7\,200 articles of clothing and shoes were given to patients in need when leaving Sharp Grossmont Hospital. \nPlease donate your gently used\, adult-sized clothing and shoes for patients in need to “Discharge With Dignity.” We kindly ask for adult clothing\, only. \nMost needed items: \n-Jackets and sweatshirts\n-Shoes\, socks\, and undergarments\n-Sweatpants/pants with elastic waistband \nWhen: Saturday\, October 22nd | 9 AM-3 PM\nWhere: Sharp Grossmont Hospital Brier Patch Campus\, 9001 Wakarusa St. La Mesa\, CA 91942 (Across the street from Grossmont Healthcare District) \nFor more information\, please contact: Sharp Grossmont Volunteer Services at (619) 740-4059. \nPlease observe all social distancing guidelines when dropping off donations\, including wearing a mask and staying inside of your vehicle. Clothing donations are tax deductible. Tax receipts will be provided.
