The theme for this year’s event is Planting Now for the Journey Ahead. \nYou will learn and be given the tools to: \n• Carefully select a substitute medical decision maker should you ever become unable to make your own health care choices. \n• Understand and complete your advance health care directive. \n• Ensure that your wishes for care and treatment are understood. \nAlso\, there will be an opportunity to start filling out an advance health care directive\, as well as familiarize yourself with other available resources. \nAll adults are welcome to this free event.
