Stop by our site to get a free screening. \n\nCPR/AED Training: An Eric Paredes Save a Life Foundation volunteer will be outside in the Courtyard for free CPR/AED training on February 14th from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM.\nBlood Pressure Screenings: Medical volunteer will be inside the library on February 21st from 11 AM – 2 PM to help take your blood pressure.\nBlood Pressure Screenings: Sharp Grossmont Hospital volunteers will be taking blood pressure on February 28th before and after the Wellness Wednesday presentation at 9:30 AM and 11-11:30 AM.\nBlood Pressure Monitors are available for independent use at the Health & Wellness Library during the dates listed below.\n\nWhen: February 14-29th | During Library Hours of Operation\nWhere: Grossmont Healthcare District’s Health & Wellness Library (9001 Wakarusa St. La Mesa\, CA 91942)
