DESCRIPTION:Join SDSU Center for Excellence in Aging & Longevity (CEAL) at their inaugural Spring Symposium and Resource Fair featuring keynote speaker\, Dr. Lindsey Yourman\, County of San Diego Chief Geriatric Officer\, who will share her expertise on the Age-Friendly Roadmap and the 4M’s of Age-Friendly Clinical Healthcare. \nPanel one will feature Dr. Scott Kaiser from Determined Health\, Erin Westphal from The SCAN Foundation\, and Danielle Glorioso from UC San Diego Stein Institute for Research on Aging\, who will engage in a discussion on geriatric care transformation. Panel two will bring together industry leaders\, Brent Wakefield from Meals on Wheels San Diego County\, Scott J. Tarde\, L.N.H.A. from George G.
