SUMMARY:A Matter of Balance Volunteer Coach Training
DESCRIPTION:Join the San Diego County Aging & Independence Services with two community co-chairs for the San Diego Fall Prevention Task Force\, Paige Colburn-Hargis and Beth Sullivan\, for a free 2-day Volunteer Coach Training from 12:30-5:00pm. Participants will be trained in both the in-person and virtual translations of A Matter of Balance. A Matter of Balance is an evidence-based program designed to help people manage concerns about falls and increase physical activity.
